Meet Brandon Sorgen; Owner & Founder, Sorgen Builders

As the owner and founder of Sorgen Builders, I bring more than 25 years of construction industry experience and a lifelong passion for design and building. I founded Sorgen Builders in 2013 with the goal of creating a company that combines thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach from concept to completion.



My love for architecture and design began in the sixth grade when I saw my first set of blueprints. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to design and build homes. I went on to earn a degree in Architectural Engineering and Design, and after college, I had the opportunity to work alongside a custom home designer and architect. During that time, I transitioned into project management, where I discovered my passion for the design-build process and helping clients bring their vision to life.


Since entering the construction industry in 2000, I have gained experience in virtually every phase of residential construction. From pouring foundations and framing to installing shingles and overseeing the final details, I understand what it takes to successfully complete a project from the ground up. I believe the best projects happen when the builder is actively involved in every step of the process, and I take pride in staying engaged from the initial design through the final walkthrough.


Building my own company was always a personal goal, and today I am proud to lead Sorgen Builders with a commitment to integrity, quality, and exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, I am married to my high school sweetheart and am the proud father of two children. Much of my free time is spent outdoors hiking, enjoying nature, and cheering on my kids at their sporting events. Whether on a job site or in the stands, I believe in showing up, working hard, and supporting the people who matter most. Our family also includes two dogs who keep life fun and active.

Meet Allison Maude

Allison is passionate about bringing creativity and care to every building and remodeling project our team takes on. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Nathan, and keeping up with our energetic toddler, Callie. I also volunteer with the youth group at our church, which is one of my favorite ways to give back. I love being part of this company because it allows me to collaborate with amazing people while turning ideas into spaces families truly love.

Meet Darren Marvin

 For the past four years,Darren has served as Project Manager at Sorgen Builders, guiding clients through their building and remodeling projects with care and attention to detail. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll find him with his wife, four kids, and two dogs—usually exploring the Fishers Trail or enjoying time at his family’s lake house, boating and jet skiing.
